Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the joya44 platform, including the website at joya44.bet, all related mobile-optimised pages, and every service offered through the platform — including sports betting, live casino games, slot machines, crash games, and any promotions or bonuses operated by joya44 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the joya44 Platform, you ("the Player", "you", or "your") confirm that you have read and fully understood this Agreement, that you are at least 21 years of age, and that you accept these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your country or territory of residence.
• Accurate Information: All registration details you provide — including your name, date of birth, email address, and payment information — must be truthful, complete, and up to date. joya44 may require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or bonus claims.
• One Account Per Player: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account on the joya44 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's details — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be enrolled in any self-exclusion programme operated by joya44 or any other gambling platform at the time of registration or at any point during which you use the Platform.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

joya44 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as select bank transfer channels including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. Indian Rupee (INR) deposits are accepted through designated payment channels for eligible players. The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

From time to time, joya44 offers promotional bonuses, reload offers, cashback programmes, and free bet credits to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions published with each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Players must complete all wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal that includes bonus-derived funds.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted in the promotion terms. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses concurrently may result in all bonuses being voided.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered, verified players only. joya44 reserves the right to exclude specific players or accounts from any promotion at its sole discretion, particularly where there is suspicion of bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire after the period stated in the promotion details. Expired bonuses are removed from player accounts without notice.
• Modification and Cancellation: joya44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that wagering requirements already being actively completed by a player will be honoured where reasonably practicable.

4. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

joya44 is committed to providing a fair, transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances without refund:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market offered on the Platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional terms, including coordinated bonus farming using multiple accounts or coordinated wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, software tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with your payment provider in respect of a transaction that was correctly processed by joya44. Any such action will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

5. Responsible Gaming

Gambling is an activity that carries inherent financial risk. joya44 does not guarantee any outcome or return on any bet or game played on the Platform. All wagering decisions are made freely and solely by the player.

8. Amendments, Termination, and Governing Law

joya44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

joya44 may suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that these Terms have been breached, that the account poses a fraud or security risk, or for any other reason consistent with responsible and lawful platform operation. Upon termination, any real-money balance not subject to a pending investigation or forfeiture condition will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and joya44 with respect to your use of the Platform. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
